Active subscribers will be able to access the site by simply logging into your Bookish account starting at 7:40 AM PT on November 24th. Active subscribers' accounts will be automatically given access- no password is needed to access the site during Early Access. Once early access begins, simply log into your Bookish Account like you would when you shop our Members Shop Collection.

We will continue sharing sneak peeks of what items you can expect to be offered during the Black Friday Sale via our Social Media and our Black Friday FAQ & Spoilers Page throughout the month of November. 

We will be updating this page every Monday by 5 PM PT to include spoilers we've announced as well. We will have a complete list on this page of all that will be offered during the Black Friday Sale (doorbusters included) by November 20th.

TROUBLESHOOTING 1: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Active Bookish Box Subscription. The email on your account would match the email address you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments.

TROUBLESHOOTING 2: Ensure your November 20th renewal did not fail to renew causing your subscription status is set to "ACTIVE" not canceled. (this does not apply if you skipped your November 20th renewal).

TROUBLESHOOTING 3: If you are sure you are logged into the account associated with your Bookish Box Subscription AND you are sure your subscription status is set to active, not canceled- please reach out to our Customer Service Team (hello@thebookishbox.com)

An easy way to check before early access goes live is to log into your Bookish Account associated with your active subscription, and then attempt to access the collection called "Members Only Shop". If you have access to this collection, your account is set to have early access for Black Friday. If you cannot access this collection, and you are an active Bookish Box Subscriber, reach out to our Customer Service Team so they can address any issues to ensure you have early access for Black Friday.

If your subscription is canceled after you do the test (by manually canceling OR not having your November 20th renewal successfully process resulting in your subscription being automatically canceled) the access is revoked.

All orders placed outside of the Black Friday Sale will be processed in the processing time stated on our website at that time. This processing time can also be found in your order confirmation email.

Changes: We are unable to make any adjustments, of any kind, to your order once it has been placed.

Cancellations: Orders are able to be canceled within 48 hours of ordering or until the order has shipped- whichever occurs first. We work quickly to get your order in the works, so it is possible your order may ship before you reach the 48-hour mark. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order even if it has not been 48 hours. If your order has not shipped, but it's been more than 48 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

✨ Ensure your correct shipping address is set to be your default shipping address on your Bookish account before November 24th. 

✨ If you are worried about an item selling out before you check out- check out with that item ASAP and once the order is submitted, come back to shop! We recommend looking at what items will be available, creating a "must have" list, and then purchasing the items on that list ASAP. All items not on your "must have" list, come back & shop for after your "must have" list has been purchased. 

 ✨ Set an alarm on your phone for 5 minutes before the sale starts. This way, you can be ready to log in once the site opens to the public. 

 ✨ If you do not live in the PT timezone, we highly recommend looking up what time 7:40 AM PT is in your timezone. Don't let the timezones rob you of your Bookish goodies! 

 ✨ Set up your express pay for easier checkout before November 24th. This would include things such as ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay which will ensure you have a speedy checkout. If you are unable to use these express pay options, have your card information on hand before November 24th at 7:40 AM PT including the billing address for your card. Please note: express pay options are not available for use to purchase monthly subscription boxes.

✨ If your November 20th renewal isn't successful, please adjust your account as needed to ensure it can be successfully renewed on the next renewal attempt. Your account will re-attempt to renew 3 more times (November 21st to November 23rd, after the 3rd attempt, your subscription will be canceled automatically, and your account will no longer be set up to be given access. You would then want to re-subscribe if spots are available. You would need to re-subscribe by November 24th, 7:30 AM PT in order to receive access. Kindly note: the last attempted renewal occurs on November 23rd (typically from 5 AM PT - 8 AM PT). Important to note: We open to the public on November 20th for available spots to start with our December boxes, and while November 24th, 7:30 AM PT is the cut-off, it is possible that spots will sell out before the deadline.)

We find often that customers have multiple Bookish accounts, and can sometimes be logged into a Bookish account that isn't attached to their active subscription. To be safe, we recommend logging into the account you believe your active subscription is attached to and attempting to access the "Members Only Shop" before early access begins.

Yes. All doorbuster items are 1 per person during early access. Once public access begins, this limitation is removed.
