Active subscribers will be able to access the site by simply logging into your Bookish account from 10 AM PT on July 7th to 10 AM PT on July 8th.

 Active subscribers' accounts will be automatically given access- no password is needed to access.

We will be sharing sneak peeks of what items you can expect to be offered during Members' Day via our Social Media and our Members' Day FAQ & Spoilers Page throughout the month of June & beginning of July. 

We will be updating this page every Monday by 5 PM PT to include spoilers we've announced as well. We will have a complete list on this page of all that will be offered during Members Day (doorbusters included) by July 3rd.

TROUBLESHOOTING 1: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Active Bookish Box Subscription. The email on your account would match the email address you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments.

An easy way to check before Members' Day goes live is to log into your Bookish Account associated with your active subscription, then attempt to have access to the collection called "Members Only Shop". If you have access to this collection, your account is set to have access during Members' Day. If you cannot access this collection, reach out to our Customer Service Team so they can address any issues to ensure you have access during Members' Day.

If your subscription is cancelled after you do the test (by manually cancelling or not having your June 20th renewal successfully process resulting in your subscription being automatically cancelled), the access is revoked. Your subscription account must be set as active during Members' Day to access the site.

All orders placed outside of Members' Day will be processed in the processing time stated on our website at that time. This processing time can also be found in your order confirmation email.

Changes: We are unable to make any adjustments, of any kind, to your order once it has been placed.

Cancellations: Orders are able to be canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed OR until the order has shipped- whichever occurs first. Our team will be working quickly to fulfill orders placed during Members Day to ensure all orders ship within the 4-8 week processing time quoted. Because of this, it is possible your order may ship before you reach the 48-hour mark. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order even if it has not been 48 hours.

Ensure your correct shipping address is set to be your default shipping address before July 7th. 

✨ If you are worried about an item selling out before you checkout- checkout with that item ASAP and once the order is submitted, come back to shop! We recommend looking at what items will be available, creating a "must have" list, and purchasing the items on that list ASAP. All items not on your "must have" list, come back & shop for after your "must have" list has been purchased. 

✨ Set an alarm on your phone for 5 minutes before the sale starts. This way, you can be ready to log into your Bookish Account with ease and be ready for the drops! 

✨ If you do not live in the PT timezone, we highly recommend looking up what time 10 AM PT is in your timezone. Don't let the timezones rob you of your Bookish goodies! 

✨ At 10 AM PT on July 7th, refresh the home page on our site! The site will then be open & accessible at 10 AM PT so your page will need to be refreshed to see it.

✨ Set up your express pay for easier checkout before July 7th. This would include things such as ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay which will ensure you have a speedy checkout. If you are unable to use these express pay options, have your card information on hand before July 7th at 10 AM PT including the billing address for your card. Please note: express pay options are not available for use to purchase monthly subscription boxes.

✨ Ensure your June 20th renewal was successful before July 1st! If you do not successfully renew for a July box, your account will be marked as cancelled, and your account will not be given access to Members Day. If your account fails to renew, you will need to re-subscribe when we open to the public on June 25th. You would need to re-subscribe by July 6th at 11:59 PM PT in order to receive early access (kindly note: we open to the public on June 25th, and while July 6th at 11:59 PM PT is the cut-off, it is possible that spots will sell out before the deadline).
