Shop Orders
October 2nd: All domestic and international shop orders placed through September 10th have shipped. However, we expect all domestic and international shop orders placed through September 25th to ship by the end of this week or early next week. Current shop processing time: 2.5 weeks.

October 2nd: All April YA and Adult boxes have shipped! If you do not have a tracking number attached to your April YA or Adult box order (typically an order placed from March 20th to April 19th), please reach out to our Customer Service Team to ensure your box is on the way.

Kindly note: when your re-print has reached our packaging phase, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. The email will have the subject line "Your Stalking Jack the Ripper Series Reprint is being prepared!". Until we announce all Stalking Jack the Ripper series re-prints have shipped, please do not be concerned if you have not received a tracking email.
Neon Gods & Electric Idol Reprints
October 2nd: Fulfillment on these reprints has resumed. This is anticipated to conclude shipping on or around October 10th, however, we will alert you when all have officially shipped.
