Peach Bellini Popsicle 🍑 🍾
You'll need:
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups prosecco
2 large peaches
2 tsp sugar
Do this:
Peal & roughly chop peaches
In blender, combine peaches, sugar Prosecco & lemon juice. Blend until thoroughly combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze 4-6 hours or until firm.
To serve:
Place pops in champagnes coupes & poor Prosecco into glasses. Now your Book Club can begin!
