Black Friday Early Access is exclusive to active Bookish Box and/or Darkly box subscribers only. An active subscriber is someone whose account is set to active, not canceled.

As a reminder, early access for Black Friday does NOT take place in the Members Only Shop. All Black Friday sales and products will be in normal collections or the doorbuster collection. The Members Only Shop collection will be empty.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 1: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your active Bookish Box or Darkly Box Subscription. The email on your account would match the email address you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments. Often, customers have multiple Bookish accounts- only the account associated with your active Bookish Box or Darkly Box Subscription will have permission to shop during Black Friday Early Access.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 2: Ensure your November 20th renewal was successful, and that your subscription status is set to "ACTIVE" not canceled. If your subscription is set to canceled, you will not be able to participate in Black Friday Early Access.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 3: Do not refresh this page if you have logged into your Bookish Account associated with your active Bookish Box or Darkly Box subscription. Instead, click the "home" button.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 4: If you are experiencing issues logging into your account, it may be because your account was not activated. An activation email was sent when you first checked out with your subscription.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 5: If you are sure you are in logged into the account associated with your Bookish Box or Darkly Box Subscription and you are sure your subscription status is set to active, not cancelled- please reach out to our Customer Service Team (hello@thebookishbox.com).
-If you are shopping from your computer, we recommend clearing your cache before loading the web page. This will improve website performance without deleting any saved passwords or default settings.
-At 6:40 A.M. PT on November 28th, refresh the homepage on our site! The site will then be open and accessible to active subscribers, so your page will need to be refreshed to see it.
- Due to hight traffic on the site, if you are getting the "scroll wheel of death" while logging in:
1. Go to the homepage.
2. Press Log in.
3. Press forgot password.
4. You will be directed to the login landing page.
5. Press cancel, then proceed to login.
