HOW TO JOIN:

Big changes are here! We are moving away from the waitlist system, so our waitlists are now officially closed. Right now, we’re focused on inviting everyone who was already on a list.

Missed the waitlist?
No worries! Our Bookish Box and Darkly Box listings will now open to the general public on the 23rd of each month at 12 P.M. PT.

If you previously signed up to a waitlist:

- When it is your turn to subscribe, you'll receive an email alerting you that you are eligible to subscribe. This email will be sent to the email address you've provided when signing up for the waiting list. This email will also let you know the box plan you are now eligible to subscribe to.

-Once you receive the email alerting you that you are eligible to subscribe.

- This email will contain the steps needed to subscribe. No password is required.

- When you receive an invite, it is 1 per person.

- You can only subscribe to the subscription plan for which you received an invite. For example, if you receive an invite to sign up for The Bookish & Darkly Box: Book Only Bundle Subscription, you cannot subscribe to The Bookish Box: Book Only

Waiting List FAQ

How to subscribe after receiving an invite email:
1. Log into your Bookish account associated with the email address used to sign up to the waiting list.

2. Select the subscription plan listing that matches what you've been invited to. For example, if you are invited to subscribe to The Bookish & Darkly Book Only Bundle Subscription Box Plan, you want to select The Bookish & Darkly Book Only Bundle Subscription listing.

3. Add subscription to cart and proceed to check-out.

Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are logged into the Bookish account associated with the email address used to sign up to the waiting list. If you are unsure which email address was used, you can check which email address we emailed the invite to.

- Typically the main issue we see is a Bookish account was not created associated with the email address used to sign up to the waiting list. If you do not have a Bookish account associated with the email address used to sign up to the waiting list, we are unable to give your account access to the subscription, because there is no account. You must make a Bookish account associated with the email address used to sign up to the waiting list. Once the account has been made, please email our Customer Service Team so they can give your account access to the subscription listing.

- Ensure you are selecting the subscription plan listing that you were invited to. If you were invited to subscribe to The Bookish & Darkly Book Only Subscription Box Plan, it will not allow you to sign up to The Bookish Box: Book Only Subscription Plan.

- If you experience difficulties logging in or accessing the subscription listing, as long as you email our Customer Service Team within your 24-hour period for assistance, your spot will be reserved. Even if our Customer Service Team is unable to assist within the 24-hour period, your spot will still be reserved. If you do not reach out within your 24-hour period for assistance, you will be removed from the waiting list and need to re-join which will put you at the end of the waiting list.
