Shop & Monthly Subscription Boxes
9/9: All shop orders placed on or before August 27th have shipped.
Our shop processing time is now 2-4 weeks.

Bookish Preorders
9/9: This preorder is now expected to begin shipping in mid-September. The books have arrived. However, we are replacing one of the book's dust jackets, as it printed slightly off-center.
9/9: This preorder is expected to begin shipping in approximately 2 weeks, as the books are currently expected to arrive around September 26th. On 7/26, an email update regarding this preorder was sent to all who purchased it.

All The Atlas Series Preorders have shipped.
All A Touch of Malice & A Game of Gods Preorders have shipped.
9/9: This preorder is now expected to begin shipping in October, as the books did not pass our quality check and we are working with the printers to get the dust jackets reprinted.

All Letters of Enchantment Duology Preorders have shipped.
9/9: This preorder is now expected to begin shipping in October, as a box of the dust jackets was lost in transit, and we are awaiting a replacement box to arrive.

Reprints
9/9: We are currently fulfilling this replacement. We will be fulfilling this replacement in small batches each week, and we anticipate having all replacements shipped within 5-7 weeks. As a reminder, no action is needed on the customer's end to receive the reprinted dust jackets.
Kindly note: you will receive your tracking for your replacement dust jackets via email only. The email will have the subject line "Your Zodiac Academy Series Dust Jackets are being prepared".
9/9: We are currently fulfilling this replacement. We will be fulfilling this replacement in small batches each week, and we now anticipate having all replacement dust jackets shipped in the next 2 weeks. We will announce once all have shipped. As a reminder, no action is needed on the customer's end to receive the reprinted dust jackets.
