Our Members Day is exclusive to active Bookish Box and Darkly box subscribers only. An active subscriber is someone whose account is set to active, not canceled.

Troubleshooting Tips:
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 1: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Active Bookish or Darkly Box Subscription. The email on your account would match the email address you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments. Often, customers have multiple Bookish accounts- only the account associated with your active Bookish Box or Darkly Box Subscription will have permission to shop during Members' Day.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 2: Ensure your June 20th renewal was successful, and that your subscription status is set to "ACTIVE" not canceled. If your subscription is set to canceled, you will not be able to participate in Members' Day.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING 3: If you are sure you are in logged into the account associated with your Bookish or Darkly Box Subscription AND you are sure your subscription status is set to active, not cancelled- please reach out to our Customer Service Team (hello@thebookishbox.com).
