Troubleshooting 1: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your active Bookish Box or Darkly Box subscription. The email on your account will match the email address to which you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments.
Troubleshooting 2: Ensure your subscription status is set to "Active," not "Cancelled."
Troubleshooting 3: If you are sure you are logged into the account associated with your Bookish Box or Darkly Box subscription and you are sure your subscription status is set to active, not canceled- please reach out to our Customer Service Team (hello@thebookishbox.com).
