If your June 20th renewals fails, please adjust your account as needed to ensure it can successfully renew on the next renewal attempt. Your account will re-attempt to renew 4 times (June 21st-June 23rd), after the 4th attempt, your subscription is cancelled, and your account will no longer be set up to be given access.

You would then want to re-subscribe when we open slots. You would need to re-subscribe by June 27th 11:59 P.M. PT in order to receive access.

Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Active Bookish or Darkly Box Subscription. The email on your account would match the email address you receive your tracking numbers for monthly box shipments.

Ensure your June 20th renewal was successful, and that your subscription status is set to "ACTIVE" not cancelled.

If you are sure you are in logged into the account associated with your Bookish or Darkly Box Subscription AND you are sure your subscription status is set to active, not cancelled- please reach out to our Customer Service Team (hello@thebookishbox.com).

Yes. An easy way to check that you have access before Members' Day goes live is to log into your Bookish account associated with your active Bookish or Darkly Box subscription. Next, attempt to access the collection called "Members Only Shop". If you have access to this collection, your account is set to have access during Members' Day. 

If you cannot access this collection, reach out to our Customer Service Team so they can address any issues to ensure you have access during Members' Day.

Kindly note: If your subscription is canceled (by manually canceling or not having a successful June 20th renewal resulting in your subscription being automatically canceled) after you test that you have access, the access is revoked. Your subscription account must be set as active during Members' Day to access the site. 

Kindly note: Skipping your June 20th renewal does not revoke your access. As long as your subscription status is set to active, not canceled, you will have access to Members' Day. However, if you skip your June 20th renewal and that puts you over your allotted 2 skips in a 12-month policy, your subscription will automatically be canceled.

-Ensure the correct shipping address is set to be your default shipping address prior to 6/28.

-If you are worried about an item selling out before you check out- checkout with that item ASAP and once the order is submitted, come back to shop! We recommend looking at what items will be available, create a "must have" list and purchase the items on that list ASAP. All items not on your "must have" list, come back & shop for after your "must have" list has been purchased. Note that shipping and fees will apply per order, as orders cannot be merged.

-Set an alarm on your phone for 5 minutes before the sale starts. This way, you can be ready to log in once the site opens.

-If you do not live in the PT timezone, we highly recommend looking up what time 10 a.m. PT is in your timezone. Don't let the timezones rob you of your Bookish goodies!

-Set up your express pay for easier checkout prior to June 28th. This would include things such as: ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay which will ensure you have a speedy checkout. If you are unable to use these express pay options, have your card information on hand before June 28th at 10 a.m. PT including the billing address for your card. Please note: express pay options are not available for use to purchase monthly subscription boxes.

-Ensure your June 20th renewal was successful before June 25th! If you do not successfully renew for a July box, your account will be marked as canceled, and your account will not be given access to Members' Day. If your account fails to renew, you would need to re-subscribe when we open slots. You would need to re-subscribe by June 27th 11:59 P.M. PT in order to receive access. Yes. The site will be closed down a few times to accommodate Members' Day.

It will be closed:
- From 7 A.M. PT to 9:59 A.M. PT on June 28th to ensure everything is running perfect for Members' Day to begin at 10 A.M. PT on June 28th.

- From 10 A.M. PT to 11 A.M. PT on June 29th to ensure the shop is back to normal

All orders placed during Members' Day will have a 6-8 week processing time.

Kindly note: while not all orders will take 6-8 weeks to ship, we cannot guarantee your order will ship earlier than our 6-8 week processing time.

No orders will be combined during Members' Day due to the high volume The Bookish Shop will experience.

Changes: All sales are final during Members' Day. We are unable to make any adjustments (of any kind) to your order once it has been placed. Please be extra careful when submitting your order. We recommend double checking quantities of products in your cart, that all items in your cart are correct and that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Cancelations: Orders are able to be canceled within 48 hours of ordering or until the order has shipped- whichever occurs first. We work quickly to get your order in the works, so it is possible your order may ship before you reach the 48-hour mark. If you order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order even if it has not been 48 hours.

No. Our system does not offer a cart save feature, so we are unfortunately unable to reserve any items in your cart. Please see our Members' Day shopper tips.

We will not be restocking any books and most other items.

The only items we would be able to restock are apparel, candles and non-monthly box items- however, this is not guaranteed.

Kindly note: if someone cancels within 48 hours of placing their order, when we cancel their order we will restock the items from their order. Because of this, you may see some items (including books) be restocked during Members' Day.
